About our Ground Floor Apartment

Spacious modern apartments with a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge, which can be used to accommodate an additional two people. The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner in each apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break.

Plus, ground floor apartments have a veranda and garden furniture.

Facilities

Spacious modern apartments sleeping 4-6 people. These units are first floor accommodation:

Master bedroom with an en-suite WC and shower room
Twin room
Bathroom with a WC and shower over bath

Our apartments also have a sofa bed in the lounge, which can be used to accommodate an additional two people if required.

The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner in each apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break.

Each apartment has one designated parking space, any additional cars must be parked in the main car park near the booking office.

*All ground floor apartments, with the exception of Bluebell Walk 37, 39 & 49 & Primrose Walk 59 & 61 are pet friendly units of accommodation, if you require a pet free ground floor accommodation unit please enquire availability on booking*

The apartments come fully equipped with most of what you need to enjoy your self catering holiday.

All Apartments come with:

6x dinner plates, side plates, soup/dessert bowls, egg cups, mugs, tumbler glasses, wine glasses, knives, forks spoons.
All holiday apartments have bedding provided, including duvet covers sheets, pillows pillow cases. All beds will be made up for your arrival. (excluding sofa bed).
Towels are provided for use within your apartment.
There is a television and a hairdryer in the master bedroom.
Each apartment has one designated parking space, any additional cars must be parked in the main car park near reception.

The large open plan kitchen/lounge/diner is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering break, including:

Our pet charges are £10.00 per night, per dog.
DVD Player Hire – £5.00 hire fee and £20.00 deposit, HDMI lead and remote control available to hire from Booking Office.
Our minimum stay policy is three nights, please see information on our changeover days below

Short break options:

3 night stay: Friday to Monday

4 night stay: Monday to Friday

Week long break options:

7 or 14 night stay: arriving on Monday or Friday
