You float on the surface of warm water saturated with Epsom salts, in a comfortable environment where sound and light are minimised, you experience a sense of weightlessness and are so buoyant you totally relax your muscles and let go of tension.
Forest Retreats, based at Hill Farm Tintern. are an eco-retreat centre overlooking The Wye Valley, nestled in the forest and immersed in nature. They run our own Guardian recommended yoga and wellbeing retreats, yoga classes and corporate wellness days; as well as hosting other retreats and training.
