Gravel hardstanding pitches of various sizes (max 9m x 9m) with 16amp electrical hook-up. Pitch is suitable for a motorhome or caravan with awning. Your car, caravan/motorhome and awning and all belongings must be contained within the pitch dimensions. You can see available pitch dimensions on the final booking page.
All our touring pitch guests have full use of all our fantastic free on-site facilities including the leisure club, free entertainment programme, and more.
Because we want you to get the most for your money at Whitemead Forest Park our prices are all inclusive. Therefore, there are no additional charges for:
Early Check In
New for 2025 we have added as an additional extra an “early check in” – for just £5.00 you can arrive on your pitch from 12pm, get set up and enjoy your day! T&C’s apply and more information is available on the bookings page.
Late Check Out
24hrs before you are due to depart you can enquire about a late check out on your pitch, if your pitch is available you can pay half the pitch cost and stay till 6pm.
Pitches will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure.
For health and safety reasons and to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay at Whitemead Forest Park, we ask that all pitches are used in line with our pitching instructions, code of conduct and terms and conditions.
To find out where in the park the touring pitches are you can view the site plan. We are happy to take requests for specific pitches however, these are requests and cannot be guaranteed.
Q. When can I arrive?
A. Pitches are available from 2pm on your arrival date and must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure. Early arrival and late departures may be available at certain times of year (extra charges apply).
Q. Is there a minimum stay?
A. For caravan and camping pitches can be booked on a nightly basis however there is a minimum stay policy of two nights on weekends and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends .
Q. How many people can I bring?
A. Pitches may be occupied by a maximum of six people.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Yes! we are pet friendly. There is no maximum per pitch, dogs are charged at £1.50 per dog, per night.
