Swimming Pool

4th May - Update

We are pleased to announce that after a prolonged closure we will be reopening our swimming pool on 17 May 2021*

To adhere to covid-19 guidelines our pool will reopen but with restricted numbers and restricted timed sessions for the foreseeable future.

*Due to these restrictions the pool will only be open to residents staying on the park. Access at this time will not be permitted to our Escape Leisure Club or Boundless members.

Sessions will need to be booked in advance and will run on the hour for 45 minutes. Only 1 session is available to be booked per family, per day and number of sessions available will depend on the length of stay.

1-2 nights – 1 pool session per stay,

3-4 nights – Up to 3 pool sessions per stay,

5-7 nights – Up to 4 pool sessions per stay

Stays of 7 nights or more will be calculated accordingly.

Bookings will need to be made in person at the Guest Services desk on receipt of your swimming pool pass, which will be given to you on check in.

The changing facilities and showers will remain closed

Swimming Pool Supervision Ratios:

•  All children from the age 0 – 3 years must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult on a ratio of 1 adult to 1 child.

•  All children aged 4 - 10 years must be accompanied in the pool at all times by a responsible adult on a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

•  All children aged 11 – 15 years may swim without adult supervision, however an adult must stay on site at all times. All non-swimmers aged under 15 must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult in the water at all times at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

Sauna and steam-room use is for ages 16 and over only, and the spas for those aged eight and above. You and your children use the pool facilities at your own risk. Lifeguards are in attendance at the pool for safety reasons; they are not responsible for the supervision of any children, who remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.
